For Mac OS users, there is a system setting that may not allow you to tab onto several types of elements in a web page. To change this setting:

If using Windows 10--- The FLASH in settings will default back to asking if you allow. If your textbook does not pop up you will need to click on the LOCK to the right of the address line and then go to SETTINGS and ALLOW the FLAS option. When you close that screen there will be a RELOAD button you will need to push. This should allow you to access the textbook.
If still not working, check the settings below:
Finally have mine working but did a couple things….
Open Chrome
Go into Settings (the little dots at top right), go to more tools and clear browsing data (cookies and cached)
Go into advanced to Privacy into content settings button
Cookies- Manage exceptions. Add my.hrw.com – Push Done
Java- Manage exceptions. Add my.hrw.com – Push Done
Flash- Manage exceptions. Add my.hrw.com – Push Done
images- Manage exceptions. Add my.hrw.com – Push Done
Automatic Downloads- Manage exceptions. Add my.hrw.com – Push Done
Popups- Manage exceptions. Add my.hrw.com – Push Done
Close out Chrome
log off signon
turn off computer
turn back on computer
sign back in
Go into my.hrw.com
Choose Chapter 3 Section 3…. This should download the textbook.
