The next AR book test will be due Dec. 20, 2018.  The book needs to be worth at least 4 points or it may be worth more than 4 points. 

 

ELA:

Monday:  Bellwork:  Lesson 21, Pronouns 

                Sounder   –  Chapter 7

                                   Discuss as we read, vocabulary, different story elements.       

                                              

Tuesday:  Bellwork: Lesson 22 pronouns and their antecedents

               Sounder – Chapter 7 Vocabulary / Comprehension review.

               Begin Reading – Sounder  Chp 8,  

Wednesday:  Bellwork:  Lesson 23, possessive pronouns 

                   Finish reading Chp 8 of Sounder – discuss vocab and elements.

                   Take AR test on the book Sounder.

                   Begin Chap 8 review on google classroom/ 

                                                                                                        

Thursday:  Bellwork   Lesson 26 relative pronouns (opportunity for bonus)

                 Turn in bellwork for this week.  

                 Irony:  worksheet/ note page discuss the exercises – work on own.  

                A.R. test on a 4 point book or higher is due.  

                                                                             

Friday:  Bellwork – Unstoppable you!     Journaling activity – 

           Watch Sounder Movie

Friday: Read aloud to class – The Babbs Switch Story

            Finish movie – have End of Class party:)  Love this class!
