7th Grade Math
I graduated in 1996 from Burns Flat-Dill City High School. I then went to play basketball at NWOSU in Alva (Go Rangers!) where I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in math. Upon graduation, I enrolled at the University of Oklahoma where I graduated with a Master’s degree in Educational Administration and Curriculum, Supervision. I currently am enrolled at Trevecca Nazarene University where I will graduate in the sping of 2021 with a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and School reform. I have and always will LOVE school!
This is my second year of teaching math and coaching at Tuttle Middle School and there is no place else I would rather be! After getting married in August of 2018, I moved back to Oklahoma after spending four fabulous years in the Texas panhandle as a principal for a PreK-12 school. Prior to being in Texas, I have taught and coached in Mustang, El Reno, and Frontier.
I am married to my very best friend, Steve and we have three daughters, three dogs, and one cat. Our oldest Grace is a freshman at Oklahoma State. Our middle daughter Landry is a freshman at Tuttle High School and our youngest daughter Halle is an 8th grader at Southwest Covenant School. We have three labs – Cooper, Tucker, and Muck and one Scottish fold cat, Lucy. Sports keeps us extremely busy! My favorite hobbies include watching the Sooners, spending time with friends, and traveling.
